Just received ours with a piece of wire, two screws, two metal tubes and two brackets in a plastic bag. Anyone know how to tie the relevant knots? Anyone know how to get them tight. Anyone know where is appropriate in the frame to drill/punch the tiny holes? Anyone confident that their diy efforts are going to hold and not find the glass smashed on the floor in the morning? Anyone at Gillman & Soame aware of how bloody annoying and cheapskate this is for a very expensive product?
