Private Tutoring for Year 3

Hi,
I am looking for a tutor to help my DD improve her maths and english skills in Year 3. I'd prefer private individual coaching. Does anyone know of a tutors in South Bucks (Near Beaconsfield)?

It would be ideal if the tutor is also capable of helping with 11+ tutoring when she is ready to take the exam.

Any help is appreciated.
