Eaton house belgravia

Hello all,

We are applying for a number of schools and saw mixed reviews for Eaton House Belgravia. Given there were many changes since 2017, we were wondering how the school is today. Is the hot house reputation warranted ? Has the school stabilized after changing headmaster a couple times a few years ago ? How well rounded is the education — ie arts and music, etc ?

I was wondering whether you had any more insights on EHB / heard from any parent there? We have a place at EHB but it's a 20/25 min drive and I have also read the mixed messages on the school and frankly wondering if it's worth it!
Any insights welcome please.

Hi there

We are at EHB and love it. It is a great balance of tradition and tried and tested experience combined with fun and nurture. The academics are very solid and it's a true prep school. DS is really happy. They really get boys - without the excessive testing etc you get at Wetherby. It's a family feel with a sense of experience and safe hands.

We looked at it objectively alongside the usual alternatives and are really pleased.

Any updated feedback on Pembridge Hall post the new headmistress's arrival last year? We might have an occasional place here shortly and I would appreciate any personal experiences!
