Has anyone else had a bizarre Covid-themed class photo this year?
I know that the fashion has moved away from three rows of benches in the school hall, so I wasn't surprised to see that the picture had been taken in three groups of children against white backgrounds, photoshopped together into one mass (even though that has not been done very well so there are some very strange giant and shrunken children and the photographer has ended up putting the TA in the dead centre but the named class teacher off to one side half-hidden).
BUT. Most of the children have been given "props" to hold - mostly bottles of hand gel, hands face space signs and those disposable blue paper masks. The masks especially look as if they have been out picking up bio-hazard litter without gloves on as none of them (Yr 1) have ever worn these adult-sized masks in school.
Why?!
Is that the thing nationwide this year, or were we just particularly unlucky with the creative choices of our local primary school?
