I'm struggling to find the corresponding comparison by googling.

On this scheme (picture) what school year and stage of school year would this be expected?

Looks like an orange book. Year 1 but I’m only guessing

Letters and sounds phase 3 is taught in Reception.

I’d agree I think that’s a reception level book

Just noticed it is a red book band as well which is around age 4-5.

First possibly second term of reception in a normal year but in a pandemic it will vary.
