Woking prep schools

Hello, are there any mums who could share their personal experiences of prep schools in Woking? We were taken by the grounds and academic results of Hoebridge, but thought St Andrews had a friendlier feel. But it's difficult to get a real feel for schools in a quick tour, especially with the headmasters at both being relatively new. Thanks in advance.

Hi there. If you haven't already considered if then I strongly recommend looking at Ripley Court School, in Ripley. I have two daughters there - one in the Nursery and one in Year 1. It's a lovely, nuturing environment and we've been delighted with it. The grounds are vast and lovely too (they have their own Forest School) and both our girls are thriving / really enjoy it. Happy to answer any other questions that you may have.

Also agree re Ripley Court, we looked at Hoebridge and St Andrews and went for Ripley, to us it felt smaller, more nurturing, amazing grounds and just a bit more personal. Our daughter is in Y2 from reception and son now in Y5. They both love it.

St Andrews. Yes it's very friendly and DC love it.

My 2 dc are/have been at hoe bridge right through from nursery - 1 still there and one left now for senior. Can highly recommend We - and they - have loved it and they have had such an amazing start to their education

Thanks all. I think the bottom line is that these schools are all fantastic - hence why making a decision is so hard!
