Relocating to Italy and finding it difficult to work out the admissions procedure both here and in Italy. Can anyone advise what forms need to be filled in, in Italy or that I need to request from the primary school here? Many thanks!

There really isn't one. You just contact the school you want your child to go to, and they'll get you to fill in a form or 10.
You are supposed to go to the primary which is nearest your house, but it's not obligatory. Most parents spend a lot of time working out which teacher they want and trying to persuade that teacher to put their child on their list. You'll have to prove all obligatory vaccinations have been done as they are a prerequisite for admission.
How old is your child?

You'll need a letter from the current school saying how many years they've done at school.
I can find it in Italian but not in English. Hang on, I'll have a look.
