this may be absolutely normal, but i dont care, i think shes vey clever..dd came home today with level 2 reading books(shes just started reception), a lot of her school friends are still looking at books with no words and 'describing' what is happening, which i thought was normal, but now dd has gone up to Level 2, i was so happy for her todayand she read the story so well

Well done little snowflake too.

I just dropped dd2 off at nursery and she was in floods of tears. She's due to start at school in January and cannot understand why she is not there yet. All she wants is her own reading book in her own book bag. She is not happy about still being in nursery which she thinks is babyish. Of course dd1 (age 7) wishes she was back in nursery.

Anyway hopefully in a few months my dd2 will be smiling like little snowflake.

Aw, bless her for still remebering in the morning! It just shows you though, positive praise goes in and stays in! Well done Little Miss Snowflake!
