Ds is 5 anda half in Primary 1 (Scotland)
Since half term he has been hard work - me, dh and nanny have noticed it.
Today it blew a gasket - he said a boy in his class was hitting him and kicking him at break and lunch and he had told the teacher but it hadn't made it stop.
I'm MAD! My lovely wee boy who loved school for the first half term is now hating it cos L in his class it hurting him.
I feel 2 options!

I go in to school all guns blazing at 9 tomorrow (being a teacher myself, I feel this is possibly NOT the best move

I send a detailed letter tomorrow, giving techer my mobile No and saying I am available to chat when she is free (I know ds has PE tomorrow so she is free after lunch). Also teacher is a former pupil of mine so think she will contact asap to stop word of her ignoring getting back to distant community we both came from
My instinct is to write the note (as a teacher). My instinct as a mother is to be there tomorrow when the little gets off the bus and pull his legs off. How dare he stop my lovely ds liking school??
Yes I know my reaction is unreasonable, and of course I will send the note, but just needed to unload. My ds loved school and I dont want that to be negated by someone elses kid who thinks its fun to kicj him in the playground.
