Track and Trace

We had multiple covid outbreaks in our small school , most staff check in each day using the app . No one has ever been told to isolate or been contacted by Track and Trace.
Anyone have a similar experience?

I thought schools have their own tracking system? Staff in schools that are being tested so often are not going through the regular T&T system to my knowledge, because their testing isnt the regular symptomatic route. Are you a teacher there? Have you asked the head because schools should be having their own robust T&T by now!

Just to mention it's TEST and trace. (Track and trace is a parcel service at the Post Office!)
