Vaccinate school staff and re-open schools in Wales immediately after February half-term

Schools are shut to help stop the spread of covid, it's not about keeping the school staff safe.
Most kids are asymptomatic so they were going into school with the virus without people realising they had covid and then spreading it to other children and staff members who were then taking it home to their families.
Children will still spread the virus to others children within school who will then take it home to their families, even if the school staff have the vaccination, so schools will still stay shut regardless.

Looks like Foundation Phase will be back soon.
