Prospect House (Putney) and Dukes Education

We are considering prospect house for our DC. We visited pre lockdown and liked it but we’re concerned re Dukes Education having acquired the school and what impact that might have. Does anyone have children at the school that could shed light on this?

I don't know about Prospect House as I'm a NW London mum - but Dukes are great.

They took over my DD school a year and half ago - and brought in a new amazing Head, invested significantly in facilities and staffing and now are in the process of buying a new senior school site.
In my experience they only add value and we wouldn't have got a Head like this without them.

My children were at Prospect House before the take over and loved every single day of their time there. I can't comment on changes since the takeover, other than the Head is still in position which is fantastic news.

Hey, both my children attend. I can’t say that we have noticed an impact. Mr Hodge is still the HT and is utterly fantastic. There hasn’t been significant changes in leadership/staff which I think says that Dukes must be ok (a certain level of comfort at least)

If you look at dukes balance sheet then they used a lot of debt to buy it. Obviously I worry about future investment etc but we haven’t felt any cut backs etc
