Hi apologies if this is in the wrong category but it's my first post and after years of lurking I'm finally. Trying to navigate my way through commenting and posting.

I have two dd eldest is 4 and will be starting reception in September. We have had our eye on Sutton high juniors for some time but I csnt seem to find many posts on the juniors side of the school nor do I know anyone that goes there. We have had a zoom call with the head mistress of junions and she seemed nice enough, very formal, seemed almost rehearsed but didn't get a negative vibe.

I would love to have a look around and take my daughter along however that won't be possible for some time now!

The impression that I get is that it is a mixed a ability school with reasonably small classrooms, great pastoral care and I love that there is the seniors attached so we potentially wouldn't need to worry about changing schools. I would really love however to just hear from mums who have girls in the juniors or know of girls there?

The only child I know there is now in year 9. She did state till the end of year 2, moved to SH for juniors with a view to passing the 11+ and moving to Wallington Girls or Nonsuch. As it turned out, she didn't pass and has stayed at SH. Her mum rates the school, but it's worth knowing that quite a few do move to the girls grammars for year 7 onwards.
