Anyone know Sandcross Primary in Reigate?

Hi everyone,

My DC has just been offered a place at Sandcross due to moving much closer. Obviously, because of Covid, we can't visit it, and I don't know anyone who has kids there. I know there have been lots of changes with several new heads, and the last Ofsted was from ages ago. If you have kids there, or know people who do, can I ask what are your impressions of the school, the way it is run, and the new head? Is it still a 'good' school? Any info would be useful.

Perhaps ask on local Fb pages re the new head. I dont want to say too much but people either love / hate them and the reasons for peoples dislike is generally the same reason. I assumed any complaints made about him were likely not the full story however after being on the receiving end of him sadly I'd avoid. I know of 7 parents with the same complaint.

Shame as overall he gets great results with ofsted etc.

I.should add on balance.. sandcross is a fab school!

Do you mean complaints about things like harassment, or about things like not liking his new rules or something like that?
