Does anybody have children at the junior schools of South Hampstead, NLCS, Channing or Mill Hill? I’d be really interested to hear how your daughter (or son, in the case of MH) likes it. My DD is bright and confident but not at a feeder nursery. Everything I read about these places is that they aren’t looking for children who have been prepped for places but is that really true? I just want my daughter to be happy and enjoy school - in the Covid era, I’m finding it really hard to evaluate these schools or judge whether she would fit in and be happy. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Redsockwhitewash

Yes- what a difficult situation we are in at the moment! 4+ is really tricky especially if you're not at a feeder. My children are all at different schools - on different paths (DS Westminster, DD Channing and youngest DD Heathside prep).....I would advise that you look for a great prep one that would give your DD access to these schools. All of mine went to Heathside. Its really nurturing and academic and delivers amazing 11+ / 13+ results.

Good luck!

Hi @Redsockwhitewash - I'm in a similar position, not sure what the best option is for reception. Really useful @Lucinda76 thank you!
