Staggered starts

Dd is in year 2. They currently have staggered starts due to COVID. She is the last to arrive so arrives a full 20 minutes after first lot at 9.10
For background she is suspected ASD and does not engage well in home learning which could be another thread in itself as we are now self isolating for two weeks.
I have just discovered that when kids arrive they spend the 10 to 20 extra minutes doing early morning work. This isn't replicated at the end of the day where I think they watch videos.
As dd is probably behind her peers I worry that this will negatively impact on her.
Should I say anything or will I be one of those parents for mentioning it?
I know I need to work on her engagement at home too btw but she is so easily distracted and has meltdowns when I try to help her.
