School are doing something about romans and have requested kids wear a 'simple' shift type costume (don't think roman soldier costumes are allowed, sadly, much to DSs annoyance...)
The letter home even included some instructions for how to make one.... but... do I HAVE to??
There are some temptingly cheapish ones on eBay for about a tenner....
Or, does anyone have one they want to (cheaply) sell me? It's for a tall 8 yr old (about 135 cm).
