We are looking to move to the Surrey Hills before my eldest son starts school next September. We haven't yet found a house so we may end up renting in the end. However, I'm struggling to work out where would be best for him to go to school. I'm considering state primaries, which I've heard are really good in the area, and also private schools as I fear we may miss the application deadline for schools.
I'd really appreciate any experiences or opinions of the primary schools in Shere, Ewhurst and Peaslake, and also Duke of Kent. I've been to see Belmont and didn't feel it was quite right for us, but if there are any other pre-preps (I have two boys but would ideally like co-ed) you'd recommend I consider please let me know.
