Trafford Schools Altrincham - Prep schools?

Hi!

We’re re-locating to Altrincham and all the state primary schools are full. This means we have a choice of Altrincham Prep School for Boys, Hale Prep or St Ambrose for our sons. Does anyone have experience of these schools? I’d be really keen to hear what people think of them? Thank you!

Are you sure all the state primaries are full? I’ve heard about some spaces in some that are usually very popular and full year on year. May be worth rechecking?

Hi, yes unfortunately there are no spaces in for the two year groups I need at the same school. I’m on the waiting list but I’ve been informed it’s unlikely that two spaces at the same school will become available
