Chalkwell Hall / Leigh North Street ? ?

We're looking at both Chalkwell Hall and Leigh North Street in the Chalkwell/Leigh-on-Sea area and we are undecided between the both. I believe we're in the catchment areas for both but want some opinions from anyone that has kids there or have had kids there recently.

Hello there, it is unlikely you are in catchment for both as they are oversubscribed so it would be best to go onto the Southend website and type in your postcode which will tell you your catchment.

My children went to a different local primary but North Street is a good school despite a bad ofsted a few years ago. Fairly relaxed. Chalkwell is more traditional and has a strong 11+ success rate. People I know with children at both are very happy.
