Eaton Square School

My daughter is in year 4 and we are looking to move her from the local primary school to Eaton Square, Belgravia right now.

She is an August child, and premature at that and may be for the moment behind the average level there. Has anybody had any experience with this school? would they help her catch up ?

Any other opinions about the school"? We would love to hear from parents who have sent their children there

We are also looking at Cameron Vale which is a bit further away, Many thanks

Thanks very much for your help .
We decided in the end to send her to Cameron Vale which is a very small school but I think it’s more nurturing and closer to her needs .

We were also annoyed that the Eaton square admissions team sent us a link for an online test that didn’t work and then they couldn’t fix it and therefore couldn’t proceed with the application which I thought was absurd !!

I think you made the right decision. I feel like Eaton Square puts on a great show for prospective parents but we actually removed our son at the end of this academic year gone (we’d planned to before Covid) The fees are really high for what they actually provide and I feel like parents are being milked relentlessly to finance all these new buildings. I have to say that it feels very cold and unwelcoming and we really weren’t that impressed with the new building compared to other schools in the area. Our son wasn’t getting the support he needed to excel because the teacher was too busy with the children who struggled academically. We’ve moved him to Thomases Battersea and we are super happy with our choice. I wouldn’t send my kid there if there were any alternative nearby, tbh.

I had to remove my son out of there aswell. He is learning better at a state school. Eaton Square is just money down the drain. No discipline there. Pretty bad environment. Staff are strange and useless in every aspect. Go anywhere but not there.

Spooky, it sounds just like Heathside, another Dukes school Confused
