How much playtime for yr 5s?

My dd has a 10 min early morning break where they watch news round, a 20 minute break at 11 where they go outside and then lunch at 12.30 - however this break is literally just for eating - no outdoor time, but straight back to the classroom until home time.

So they are only getting 20 mins outdoor time (apart from the days they have PE)

This doesn’t seem like much to me (though I appreciate schedules have had to be tweaked to accommodate no mixing of bubbles etc)

What are other schools doing - I’m curious!

30 mins at lunchtime outside.
I believe there's a morning break aswell.
Plus 2 pe lessons a week.

No it isn't much break. School is for social skills as well as purely academic skills so having only 20 minutes free play during the day isn't great. I wouldn't consider watching newsround a break either because they presumably don't get to chat and run around.

Ours have a20 min break in the morning, 30 min after lunch. PE is 3 days per week (2 full afternoons, plus a 45 min slot for gymnastics on a third day). They also have a free slot on Friday afternoon.
This is an independent school.

Daily outdoor PE for 40 mins and a 40 minute outdoor break.

Mine are younger. I teach first grade. We have 15 minutes outdoor play and 15 minutes indoor play in the morning, then one hour for lunchtime (so depends on how quickly they eat),...as well as three hours of PE per week. We for outside for other activities, too.
We are also currently spending ten minutes walking to their pickup point in the afternoon. Does that count? :)
