Hello, DS and DD due to go away with PGL - who are refusing to return the deposit!!

School said that PGL said that they have been hit hard by CoVId - haven't we all!

Anyone else had this problem.....

No both schools close to me have had refunds x

We've had the same problems ....Easter Ski Trip - Richmond School.
£1000 deposit and first payment - no refund!
Outrageous....I think schools and parents should definitely boycott!

Forget Covid - Harder times follow if you take the piss out of your customers!

If you do change I can recommend wild child. Pgl but in tents-took 144 kids in 2018-brilliant!

Have PGL have actually refunded anyone? I know some schools have refunded parents
PGL seem to be offering credit on future bookings to schools

Our parents have all got refunded -
No can't say the schools names as that's outing xx sorry xx

Unless they got it back through their insurance?however both schools got money back x
