Does anyone know anything much about the new Head, Mrs Laura Hall currently the Deputy Head of Prep, City of London School for Girls?

I find it incredible that people think it’s ok to discuss online someone they have never met, especially in light of this weekend’s news. Why don’t you ask the school- or better still, meet Mrs Hall in person?

But you are asking for people’s judgements which are likely to be personal and varied. She is a human being, with feelings, and it would be inappropriate to discuss her on a public forum.

Let me have a try at rephrasing the query:

Does anyone have a view on likely changes in ethos curriculum or everyday life in general that the change of head at QC prep may bring?

It's ok to be difficult and righteous but you can try to help too.
Not the first time on MN that someone wonders what a change of school head will bring!

OP isn't asking for anything inappropriate, she's simply wanting to know what the likely changes will be with new head. What's her ethos, what is she particularly passionate about, does she mainly concentrate on the higher level running of the school or is she very visible to students and parents. Of course people will have varied impressions but it's absolutely possible to answer in a respectful way.

A personal opinion is clearly going to be different from the pr blurb op will get from the school itself.

Thank you @hopeiseverythingyes and @IceCreamFace. A new head means at least some changes to a school and I was hoping to get a bit of an idea what those changes might be. I didn't know I'd be attacked.
