Woodford prep VS Avon house

We are making decisions whether send our DD to woodford prep or Avon house .

Can anyone give some advise ?

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience of the Head teacher who seemed to create a bullying atmosphere with the staff and even with the children. My daughter has since told me some really distressing stories of being singled out by her. The teachers are great and very supportive, especially the SEN support which is really outstanding. It's such a shame that the school is let down by its leadership.
