We live in St Margaret's and I am looking for a private primary for my two DCs- DD currently in year 2 and DS starting reception in September 2020.
DD is in a state primary, which is not a bad school, but DD is not challenged. I have been torn for the past 6 months regarding what to do- she has made friends and enjoys going to school, but the academic work the school gives her is way below her skill level.
I am looking for a co-ed independent school that is academically challenging yet nurturing. We are flexible regarding location- up to Kew bridge on one end and Hampton on the other.
I've visited a number of the independent schools, but it's very difficult to judge based on a single visit. The ones on my radar are Kew College and Newland House. Anyone with recent experience? I would also be grateful for other recommendations, too.
