Reception class is a BRILLIANT BRILLIANT school starter. Logic, communication, confidence and critical thinking are beyond what I expected from the kids at reception class to upper school. The class size is small with group and one to one attention. The effective teaching and active learning mirrors the exceeding development of independence, confidence, resilience and curiosity. The teachers are creative, dedicated and caring. The Chefs/other staff are polite. LWS exercise due diligence in creating a safe environment for the kids. Advice is also extended to parents. The warm and caring attitude of the children socialising with different age groups/nationalities, and the bigger kids playing with and looking out for the younger ones is a family-like atmosphere. I like the connection between child, life and nature. Listening to my CHD stories of the day/s at school and exercising the learning/development at home is very interesting and exciting for me.

LWS NURSERY believes in the ability of each child and has a platform for kids to source their abilites, confidence and challenges. They also spend a lot of time communicating with the kids (even one on one). My CHD attended all the stages of the nursery (longer than a year) from Babyroom to Cherubs with no major issues. I've been very impressed with CHDs learning and development which I spend time reviewing with CHD at home. I do not compare CHDs ability to other children's. Teachers are caring, CHD is very happy and thats what matters to me at this stage. I do not let minor concerns take that away. Any concerns/issues I spoke to managment who is approachable and worked with me to secure positive outcomes. However, there is room for improvement on the staff/management being more proactive. Overall, I'm a very hands on, caring and concerned parent and I am satisfied with the nursery school. The caring interaction with the lower and upper school children is also a plus.

This was also my first thought when I read the undermining reviews on the school. I'm not in a position to dispute these reviews as I did not have a child there at the time. However, it was one of the many nurseries I visited and I chose this one. I was very pleased and chose it as my school choice as well. I gave these reviews from my personal experience whilst maintaing respect of others opinions as it is a matter of what each family/parent is looking for. I gathered my evidence communicating/liasing with staff and from the output of my child. Also, the older children exhibit themselves in cases where they have taken up a task of responsibility involving my child. To be involved with the school and the childs learning/development would give more clarity on what i'm expressing. The school is not perfect and i've had minor concerns which was dealt with appropriately to my satisfaction although they can be more proactive as stated earlier. My child attends the school and to accept payment for a review is bribery - it means i'm using my child as a saddle for a vicious cycle of corruption. I dont have the conscience to do that. I was not offered anything to give a review. I responded to an old thread about the school and 'mumsnet' suggested that I can start a new one. But, i'm glad you shared your honest views because as people/parents we need to support each other.

I would strongly believe the children who attend Lloyds Williamson school will benefit from the best possible start of their education.
If you are looking for a safe and friendly school, then I would definitely recomend Lloyd Williamson.
My 8 year old attended this school since the age of 2, after having nightmares with 3 other places.
so we have decided to send our youngest boy to this school as well.
Lloyds Williamson will be your second home.
This school treat every child equal and divers.
for the past 6 years did not have a single problem, in fact, everyone at that school supported us in every single stage of children's behaviour and learning experience.

Great schools and nurseries, friendly and professional staff! Safeguarding of children/pupils is at a high level. Was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable the staff were about risk assessment and the general safety of pupils. Great central location for the nurseries and schools around West London / Kensington. Very cosmopolitan, multi-cultural, open-minded and diverse. Food is catered at the premises with a chef providing great dishes including vegetarian, low-calorie, gluten-free, kosher and halal meals. My partner's goddaughter loves it there! A very personal and professional approach to children's' education - with great, smaller sized classes where everyone gets good attention... a great plus! Highly recommended. 5 stars from me! A+++++.

Hello, I have seen on ofsted this school and nursery have a bad rating ? Any guidance on this? Looks like there were safety issues in nursery but can’t understand the ‘inadequate’ rating for the primary school?
