I am a working parent and have very little interaction with the school I.e. I'm not a 'playground parent's.
Any advise on what I should be asking or expecting in DD parents evening, really want to get the most out of it so I can support my DD education as she attends a welsh medium primary school and we are not welsh speakers.( trying to learn using duolingo?

Is she making expected progress; what can you do at home to help or progress further.

I think it’s important to let school know you’re willing to work together in DD’s interests.

My DC (older) teachers have my email address and are welcome to mail me with anything at all they’d like me to do to support them eg timely and thorough homework, revision.

How has she settled? What's she enjoying in the school day? What is she struggling with? What are her next steps and how can you support at home? - ask about next steps in emotional and social literacy, not just the academic stuff, arguably it matters far more at this point.
