Children’s Book App recommendation for 3 year old

Hi, I’m interested if anyone could recommend a good app with books that starts from the very basics. There used to be a downloadable Oxford Reading Tree downloadable books app (with Biff, Kipper and Chip) but that seems to have vanished from the app stores for some reason? Anyone knows what happened to that or otherwise recommendations for an alternative would be massively appreciated, thanks!

Sorry if I'm missing something, but what's wrong with actual books?

I agree with PP you're much much better off with actual books especially with a 3 year old. Jolly phonics are quite good. At 3 though the focus should be on just loving books - you reading whatever books she's interest in.
