Dc is now in year 5
Dp and I were wondering if anyone could recommend a good glossary type book with all the terminology and examples etc?
A simple idiot type guide would be great that we can use to reference.
I do use 'The school run' online but would like a simple old fashioned style book which is easy to decipher so I don't have to log on constantly.
Today I have had to google to check I'm correct in 'adverbial sentences', finding 'superlatives' and 'determiners' and it's taken ages to get on the right track.
Dc uses some of the CGP revision guides too.
Will ask her teacher tmrw for some help with this but if anyone has any suggestions of books, guides they have come across I would be extremely grateful.
