Denise,
not sure how you got to these two schools. Our ladies is a catholic primary school in Greasby whereas St Bridgets is a church of England primary school. Neither is likely to be your catchment school, which is probably Black Horse Hill Infants.
Given the distances involved and not being in catchment it is unlikely that you would get the offer of a place at Our ladies or St Bridget.

Hi thanks for reply I’ve logged into the Wirral council website and we are in the catchment for st Bridget’s 0.5 miles away most of the neighbours with children in our road go to st Bridget’s and as we our catholic the nearest catholic school is our lady of pity Greasby main site but an annex in Hoylake.

Our lady of pity has an "interesting" admission criteria. The Published Admission number (PAN)is 60. It has a fairly typical admission criteria for a catholic school of baptised looked after children, then baptised pupils with siblings in the school living in the 3 feeder parishes, followed by baptised pupils living in the 3 feeder parishes. In all these categories there is a deciding admission criteria of distance to the main school site at Greasby from your home. The distance criteria is measured on shortest walking route using routes approved by the LA.
However they have an annexe for reception class only at Hoylake and they allocate 30 pupils to the annexe and 30 to the main site at Greasby. So you have to get a place allocated based on your distance to Greasby not Hoylake. Even if you do get allocated a space there is no guarantee what site you will be allocated to for the reception year. Both Our Lady of pity and St Bridgets are very popular schools so you do need to look at other schools as well for a third preference.
