Maths help

My DC just gone into P4 (Year 3) is struggling to get to grips with maths.
I was thinking about getting either cusinare rods or a Base 10 set.

Which do you think is more beneficial?
Or is there something else that's better?

Have a look on their New Zealand website

£30 for basic set on Amazon and worth every penny, use it daily for a couple of weeks and you’ll see a mass improvement
