It’s not an area, it’s just a very big block of flats with some restaurants on the ground floor.

If you put in the address on this website, it’ll come up with the nearest schools. You’ll need to check with the council website (or ring them up) to find out if any are close enough to get a place.

Oh, if your children are of school age already, you’ll be offered a school with a vacancy which may or may not be close to your flat.

Primary schools:
St Mark's Church school is very close by but it is oversubscribed and I think Church goers get priority so you'll need to check that.

Highfield Infants and Juniors isn't too far away but again check the catchment

Secondary: be careful because Bullers Boys looks very close but they're currently on a temporary site and their catchment goes from St Hugh's field which is in Bickley.

Bromley Council produce a guid to schools which include historical catchment areas, if you google that, you'll have a much better idea.
