Britannia village primary school

Hi, can anyone please give me their opinion about the Britannia village primary school? Is it fairly easy to get a place in it I.e is it oversubscribed? We're moving from South hampstead to the Royal Wharf area and I'm really stressing about the school situation. I know that the South Hampstead area has lots of good schools but they are all mostly over subscribed resulting in only the children who live really close being admitted.
Opinions would be welcome.
Thanks!

Hi @Zzzif, we're just bumping this thread for you - hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along soon with some advice and support.

Hi, we had 3 of our children there at one point (eldest from Reception to beginning of Y5). I can't really fault the school - the children loved it. Great trips, some amazing resources e,g. Chromebooks for each child from Y2. Staff turnover quite low. 3 form entry with 20 children per class which is rare for a state school.

Sports, music and art etc slightly lacking (I see the difference between BV and the schools we moved to). The surrounding area is constantly being developed so the air quality is an issue for some people.

Feel free to pm for more info. :)

Hi, my wife and I are looking to move to Royal Wharf too near Starbucks. But we are concerned that we maybe too far to be accepted into Britannia Village. What were you experiences with this?
