Wimbledon primary schools - Holy Trinity vs Pelham

Hoping the wisdom of mumsnet can help in our (good to have) dilemma... Currently looking to move to Wimbledon and we've seen two houses we like that are both very close (0.1 - 0.2 miles) to their respective local schools. One is near Holy Trinity in South Park Gardens and other is in South Wimbledon so near to Pelham. There is obviously a difference in the price tag and also I'm aware that SPG is considered that much "naicer". DH and I are not fussed about the cache as such but we want a good school, friendly and diverse neighbourhood. We're semi regular church goers so that would obviously need to be more regular if we chose to go for HT so that's not an issue.
Can anyone advise on Pelham vs Holy Trinity and those two neighbourhoods??Also we would also need to consider other nearby schools so any thoughts there also appreciated!

I know both areas well and know of both schools as have friends with children at both. Schools wise, both are good and friends have had very good experiences and happy children who go on to do very well. Suggest you also think about secondary options as it comes around quickly! The two areas do have a different feel - SPG is prettier and lots of young families, lovely community (but generally smaller houses?) but Pelham area also has a nice community, generally very safe and only a few minutes walk from SPG, and better value for money.
