Primary Schools in Richmondshire N.Yorks

Hi, I would like some opinions on the primary schools around Richmond Yorkshire area please. I have looked the Ofsted reports & been on the school websites. I will visit the schools when we move up there, but in the meantime I would like some local opinions on which has a good reputation etc.

Most people go to school where they live. Where will you be living?

I just need to be commutable to Catterick, so I was thinking around Richmond area, I'll buy near a good school but that depends on which one that is, so just wanted opinions.

What is your budget to buy? How many bedrooms?

Are you moving up for the Army op?
The nearest larger town to Richmond/Catterick Is Darlington.
There's a big estate called Westpark there which houses a lot of military and non military families. Great access to the A1 for the 20 min commute to the Garrison.
Also a good school there.
Lots of nice village primary schools around the Richmond area aswell. Only 2 comprehensives in Richmond I believe, whereas Darlington has about 10.
