What do you think the chances are? London and two form entry. They're just starting the reallocation process so a nervous couple of weeks ahead.

High
ESP if in affluent part of London
Lots of people intending private will have gone through state school system “just in case”

Yes, I agree. That high up and in London, your chances are excellent. There'll be (or will have been) a lot of movement since preferences were submitted.

5th on waiting list here, literally waiting on tenter hooks. Also London two form entry school.

MeMeMeYou · 07/05/2019 20:31

Local one form entry and we moved up and down between 7th-22nd for a couple of years before u stooped asked. After 3 years got offered a place. So it’s hard to say!

Sleepinglemon · 07/05/2019 20:55

Good. We were 4th on a single form entry Outstanding school and made it in by the last week of the summer term just in time to do some induction sessions before they closed for the holidays.

Wnikat · 08/05/2019 10:17

Thanks for the replies. Fingers crossed... we were 1st on the list so moving down to 4th after added preferences is a bit gutting.

rosa76 Have you heard anything yet? Nothing here and think they would have called by now if we got in on this round.

@wnikat We moved up to 3rd and were told to wait until the end of last week when postal acceptances were due back in. Going to ring again tomorrow. Hoping there is still a chance before half term.

Reeree01 · 20/05/2019 13:32

How do you find out where you are on a waiting list? I called the school and they advised they don't have the list and we will be advised after June 12th. I spoke to the council and they told me they were unable to advise.

jackparlabane · 20/05/2019 15:00

Evens. If people move a lot and move closer than you are, your position goes down (got 3rd, then never higher in the next two years)

Wnikat · 20/05/2019 16:43

Reeree01 I called the council, their pupil admissions department keep the waiting lists but we haven't moved since the reallocations went out so not sure whether it's up to date or more people just keep moving in to the area as jackparlabane says.

That's annoying as my council just told me they can't say and if have to wait until the 2md allocations on 12th June then speak to the school about my position on the list. Thought I'd check incase was missing something must just be different councils di thing differently
