Technology in Schools

Dear Parents,

I am conducting a piece of research on the use of technology (e.g. iPad's, laptops, computers) as part of a BA Honours in Combined Honours.

The purpose of this research is to discover how much technology is relied upon in Primary Education and the opinions of parents on this matter.

The questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and the responses will be confidential and remain anonymous while only being used within my mini-research report.

If you would like to participate in this research, the questionnaire can be accessed through the link provided. Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

You seriously need to define what you mean by "technology" in the survey, otherwise I will go with my own definition which includes things like pen and whiteboard...

"education system prior to technology"? Are there any people with kids in primary school who experienced such a thing to be able to comment? (ie me born in the early 70's used computers in primary school, those born a decade before had films and stuff, so it goes back to your definition of technology, and again what you're actually asking. At the moment your questions are way too ill-defined to get any meaningful response.)

Thank you for the constructive input, I have now listed technologies I am focusing on in the title of the question to allow participants to have an understanding of my definition of technology. I have slightly re-worded the 'education system prior to technology' question to rectify this confusion.
