Hello, I’m in need of advice of which are the best Hillingdon primary schools? I’m looking for my daughter who will start school next year, but ideally I’d like to get her in a nursery beforehand if possible. She’s an extremely bright girl for her age and as like any parent I’d like her to be in an environment that she will be happy and thrive in. Am relatively new to the area so I don’t know much about the schools apart from what’s on ofsted etc but would really appreciate any real reviews from parents or teachers. We live near long lane, Hillingdon.. so ideally nothing too much of a distance from there. Many thanks

Near Longlane there are a few options.. oak farm- infants good... jr needs improvement.

St Bernadettes- catholic, they had a head teacher, not sure how she is but decent school.
There is high field- again ok school
Ryefield- don’t know much about it.

Then on Uxbridge road there is HILLINGDON primary.. ofstead outstanding, academically good, it wasn’t for me.

On the other end of long lane is Glebe my children are there.. friendly school, head is great, very loving, academically they are improving in jumps and leaps... or there is Breakspear.. academically stronger than Glebe, but parents are a bit stuck up.. good luck
