Falcons Pre-Prep in Chiswick. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any recent experience or opinions on Falcons Pre-Prep in Chiswick?

It seems lovely if a little small but I'm concerned that applications seem low and in fact over the last couple of years they have been under subscribed!

Does anyone know any reason for this when other places like Squirrels are massively over subscribed?

Also does anyone have any thoughts what the effect of the Falcons Prep in Richmond opening a Pre-Prep will have. Any danger of the best staff being pulled from the Chiswick site to go to Richmond? If they are undersubscribed in Chiswick why would there be demand for Richmond?

Any thoughts very welcome.

We visited pre-prep last week, very impressed by the headmaster, also with the happy boys. From my understanding the pre-prep had very good academic results last year with 6 St Paul's. But the headmaster will change from this September. A bit worried.
