Primary schools in Lewisham se13

Looking for a school for my 3 year old (4 in Nov 2019 so would want to start pre-school in September). Want a good school, live near the Lewisham shopping mall and dont drive. I am confused what to look out for, which schools are good? I am catholic my partner is seventh day Adventist but we both do not attend church so even though i would want catholic school we would not get it..could anyone advise which schools are good, with good outside space. If private then which ones are not too expensive. Thank you

St Saviour's R.C. Primary school.
Ashmead Primary school
Holbeach Primary school
Morden mount Primary school

You will be out of catchment for Ashmead and Holbeach. Might be worth looking at Prendergast Vale-they are a through school and after a rough patch have come out of the other side.
I did some work in St Mary’s and liked the ethos and the staff.
Unless Morden Mount has drastically changed, I really wouldn’t.
