Help needed ASAP!!! wrong trousers day what to wear??!!

I have just this evening received a letter from school saying it is Wrong trousers day tomorrow (Friday)what do they wear?
Last year we had some ideas ie:PE kit but this year there is no help.I will quote what it says "this year we ask you to 'get your kit on' and wear the wrong trousers to school.Please could everyone who takes part donate £1 each or £2 per family for the right to look wrong!
SO............do i send them in with there sporty stuff on or what?
I don't want to turn up at school and feel stupid cause they havn't got the same as others. thanks if anyone can help.

maybe just wear any trousers that aren't school ones, suppose it means that

Ring another parent? Ring the school office? The wording of that makes it sound like PE kit is expected to me, but have never heard of this!

We had wrong trousers day today as it's an Inset tomorrow.
Dd3 wore pj bottoms as did most other girls. Boys seemed to be in track suit bottoms. The idea is to wear your normal uniform up top and just look silly from the waist down.

Surely your children need techno trousers in which they can walk upside down like flies? You might have trouble finding them if you don't know any mad inventors - hang on, there's a Wallace on here isn't there...
