using pencil for English Comprehension and Maths Paper - SPS KCS - 11+

please, can anybody advise if DS can use pencil for all papers? Thank you.

I wouldn't, unless the school insist on it. Doesn't look very 'grown-up', and small things like that can make a difference to an examiner. Pencil is hard to read if too sharp/too blunt!
