Habs Girls 7+

Hi I wonder if anyone has any experience of the assessment or even just entry at this age? My daughter attended the activity morning and has the more formal assessment coming up in January. She is actually very happy where she currently is (another independent run-through school perhaps not as acadaemic as Habs). I guess I’m posting primarily to see how girls coming in at this age settle in to a year group where girls have known each other for a few years. I know people have strong feelings about Habs but I also know schools change dramatically and I’d really like to hear from people who have children there currently as experiences from many years ago may not necessarily apply.

My friends daughter started Habs at 7+ having relocated from overseas. There are literally a few places, so unlike other schools where they take a whole class it’s just a few that are new.
First term was hard, but then she settled well. Now in year 5 she loves it.
Good luck !
