I wonder if anyone has children at these schools or knows anything about them? I am considering them for my son (Year 3) when we move into the area (they are the only ones with space for him at the moment!) I have been to see them but it would be nice to hear people's experience with them.

Thanks in advance

To state the obvious Rosary is catholic and is likely to have daily observence. Prayers, stories, prep for the scaraments etc. Of course you don't have to be catholic but there have been a few posts of my child's school is pushing religion on to them and i'm unhappy and it turns out the child goes to a catholic school.

Are you moving in to tje town its self? Would any of the small villiage schools have space? I appolgise if you've already looked at that. Only i used to volunteer at one (in the stroud area ish) and i know it pretty much had space in all years. Just thought it might be an option.

The Rosary doesn't prepare for 1st Communion in school, but does have daily prayers, regular mass and is definitely Catholic with the ethos running throughout.

That said there are plenty of non-catholics there who are welcomed, included and happy.

Feel free to pm me if you want to know more.

Thanks Naught. Yes we are moving to the town itself and I'd like to be within walking distance of the school. Thank you though!

Barbeasty - have PMed you. Thank you.
