Education City - or any other online teaching subscription you recommend?

I have come across Education City but the school does not use it, I was wondering can anyone chime in and tell me how much it costs for the home educator subscription and how they have found it?

I would like to make a list of all online subs that people recommend and update this thread. It might be useful to make a sticky as I am sure many parents do a search online and come back with so many different sites and teaching models it can get overwhelming.

Thanks in advance.

My DDs' school uses Education City for KS1 so I've not used it over that age. It's good for Y1 in particular I think, very games-based if that's what appeals to your child. Mine now use Mathletics and have used Spellodrome for KS2, and I find these more structured and easier to use than EC. Also the one all the kids seem to love is Times Tables Rock Stars, though as the name suggests this is just for times tables.

Sorry I can't advise about costs but there is a home educators section on the Education City website I see.
