My son has to wear a patch 6 hours a day which we get from the hospital. Left a box somewhere and need to get hold of some quickly. The hospital is a hassle to get to. Can I buy them from a local opticians?

If all else fails, what about melalin and micropore?

4tobe · 13/06/2007 18:47

You can buy them in Boots, at a price, sticking plaster type ones I mean..

As a kid I hated the plaster type ones the hospital gave me as they gave me an eyebrow wax when they were taken off, I had the micropore/lint dressing stuff option instead.

4tobe · 13/06/2007 18:55

What is the micropore/lint dressing like?

Thanks, W
will try and get to Boots tomorrow.

ProgYaffle, they're much better these days and come off really easily. I had to wear them as a child so know what you mean. They have much nicer designs now, the hospital give us a pack with space, football, camoflage designs.
