Dear All,
which Prep could i consider for my child which is in proximity to Charterhouse. It would be great if they have a good hockey program too.
thanks a lot.

Boarding (full/weekly?) or day? Have a look at the IAPS and ISI websites.

Ask them where their boys come from. I think Aldro is considered a feeder.

thank you. Doesn't need to be a feeder or boarding. Just my oldest joins Charterhouse and i like to find a school for my younger kids in the same area. Relocating from overseas...

Lanesborough in Guildford, Barfields in Farnham? Where are you planning to live?

Do you want a prep which goes to 13 (not 11). If so, you'd be better looking at Aldo/Amesbury/Cranmore/Hoe Bridge etc. It really depends where you are planning to live as there are quite a few around. Lanesborough has just stopped 11-13 so is not ideal if you want to cut down on the number of moves.

yes should be going on until Y08 as I have a child going into Y06, so wouldn't like another move after a year. Let me have a look at the ones you all mentioned. We are very flexible about the area. Shouldn't be to rural though.
