We're not - interested to see how many are (trying to work out if local farm will be busy!)

califrau - feel your pain - no half terms here either, 3 and a half weeks till summer holidays (10 weeks)

seamonster · 03/06/2007 20:45

TEN WEEKS!

(comes over a little faint)

mckenzie · 03/06/2007 20:47

we have two inset days, back on wednesday.

MrsWho · 03/06/2007 22:05

We are all back tomorrow , I actually like my Mondays atm (canoeing ) so its not a bad start to the week (just a bit disorganised atm though)

roisin · 03/06/2007 22:07

Yes, boo hoo. I wish I had canoeing tomorrow

DS's are laden down tomorrow: they both have school bags and PE kit, ds1 also has swimming kit, ds1 has a 'miniature garden' for his holiday homework, and ds2 has a Roman shield, which is nearly as big as him!

MrsWho · 03/06/2007 22:13

Ah no holiday homework here but dds want to take their signed books to school (dd2s teacher prob won't believe her that she has met authors and a Dalek -do you think she needs a note?) and they leave their book bags at school

Its me thats laden down! 2 rucksacks for canoeing (2 changes of clothes/towels etc)and 2 trays of plants for sale + lunch!

And we have only had one nice day for canoeing sofar so if anyone wants to do me a sun dance?

PrincessPeaHead · 03/06/2007 22:14

we went back last thurs (but broke up the thurs before)

juuule · 04/06/2007 08:18

Yes and no. Secondary are back, primary have another week.

dinny · 04/06/2007 19:15

can't remember when we changed from Fridays...and it might have been 3.30 as dd was in C then (and S now). just remember it was a real rush to get from school to H in time....

LIZS · 04/06/2007 20:13

dd doesn't finish until 3.30 hence 4pm lesson but friends' ds is in the 3.30 one. Maybe we crossed !

Were you there today ? A fair haired lady scurried past us with a buggy at about 4.20, and had a dd in Lelli Kelli's in tow. Didn't think it was you though as girl was in uniform and thought yours had the day off.

dinny · 04/06/2007 21:10

oooh, give me clue to his name.... is he quite short (relatively speaking obviously )?

no, not me as dd wasn't in uniform today... we should meet up somewhere some time, LIZS

LIZS · 04/06/2007 21:14

Yes fairly, but I'm not sure how long he's been going tbh, maybe just last term. There's only 2 boys left then now so they'll probably close that class.

LIZS · 04/06/2007 21:17

oh and today ds was the one by the tennis courts with a tray on his head (don't ask !!) waiting for his tardy mummy in the rain. We will meet one day !

dinny · 04/06/2007 21:20

dd was on a scooter....

LIZS · 04/06/2007 21:24

must have missed you then . I was a little later than normal, ds out in the rain and dd was already waiting to be collected from around the corner so was a bit blinkered on my way in and probably too late for you on the way out.

dinny · 04/06/2007 21:29

still trying to work out which house is yours!
