Primary schools in Carnoustie, Angus, Scotland

Hi, my husband and I have recently moved from London to Angus and we are thinking of settling in Carnoustie. Does anyone know anything about Woodlands or Carlogie Primary Schools? And if you had the choice, which would you pick? We are aware Broughty Ferry apparently has better schools but unfortunately no houses currently on the market we are keen on. Many thanks in advance for any advice you can offer. Best wishes

No idea about specific schools but Broughty Ferry is probably a nicer place to grow up. More independence possible on the buses into the city. Better secondary options too....

Thanks for your reply. Will definitely keep looking at Broughty Ferry too.

You might get more local knowledge if you post this question in the Scotsnet topic Smile

Thanks prettybird, I didn't know there was such a thing! Will go post there now Smile
